Digital Bangladesh: Digital IT Education in Rural areas

This is not meant to be a criticism of the monumental endeavour that Bangladesh's present Government has undertaken. We must all acknowledge the development, progress, and economic growth over the last decade. The country is making enormous progress in all aspects of our lives, particularly those that can be measured in monetary terms. I don't particularly appreciate making negative or nonconstructive criticism, and constructive criticism is always welcome. On the other hand, progress and growth should be accessible to the general public, and the people should be a part of this success. A few people's accomplishments should not be considered a success for the majority of the population. We are all aware that the current situation resulting from COVID-19 is unpredictable and has brought about one of the most challenging humanitarian crises in the history of civilization. Still, we must all respond to the crisis in the most appropriate way possible without further harming ourselves.

Empowering Underprivileged Rural Areas in Bangladesh through Computer Literacy: A welfare to build Digital Bangladesh

The education sector of Bangladesh has been suffering from many deficiencies including quality teachers, quality content and quality environment. This condition is very worse in rural areas due to skilled teachers, proper teaching-learning materials and so on. So, most of the students are used to get by heart the lessons rather than proper understanding. So integration of ICTs into education is needed to get rid from this tendency. There is potential that using ICT in the education sector, the costs can be brought down. It also improves the quality of education and imparts uniformity. If the country wants to enhance the concern over the significance and excellence of education then it is essential to expand educational opportunities to all, including most vulnerable groups, like low income and less skilled people, girls and women, underprivileged youths and children out of school.
