Tecsa Welfare share two values that are a big part of why we started our foundation. We were taught
to give back and to be optimistic about the future. Our mission is to create a world where every
person has the opportunity to live a healthy, productive life.
We typically hear about two sectors, the public and the private. The private sector – business – is
good at developing products and services, while the public sector – government – is good at
delivering solutions to all the people who need them. In many cases, the private and public sectors,
acting either separately or together, meet people’s needs. But there are gaps, spaces where some
people don’t get what they need to live healthy, productive lives.
Our Story
Tecsa Welfare , accredited by the Tecsa Software Services and the Government of Bangladesh, primarily focuses on Education, Skill Development and climate Rural areas. Since its founding, Tecsa Welfare trying provide support to integrate rural schools with the modern-day education systems that focus on Skill Development, Education and climate change. Tecsa Welfare has a Three-Fold Initiative that focuses on Digital Learning, Skill Alignment, and climate change of adolescents in rural areas.
Our Mission
We want to empower Generation of Youth that raises the per capita income of their communities, contributes to the development of villages, Educates the next generation, and hence, put an end to the poverty loop. Tecsa Welfare is committed to engaging with like-minded individuals and organisations to provide the necessary resources to provide Education, enable Talent Identification, accelerate job creation, and Enhance overall Quality of Life. Tecsa Welfare empowers youth to make informed decisions about their career and thus enabling them to transform their position into gainful employment through life skills development, career development, mentoring support, internship and placement opportunities, thus creating a conducive environment for enabling youth to make informed decisions independently pertaining to their career and life.
Our Team
Tecsa Welfare initially started with Tecsa Software Services and with the help of the Government of Bangladesh. Now people are are connecting with us and becoming a part of us. You can also be a part of us. It's pretty simple just became a volunteer and you will be a part of a great journey to help those peoples who need it most.
